Press Solutions

Presspahn can provide Pressed solutions using highly accurate tooling on our extensive range of facilities. For low volumes we offer solutions stamped using die tools and hydraulic presses, ensuring a low initial setup cost while still allowing for efficient stamping. If volumes are greater we can offer steel tooling that is designed and manufactured in house by expert staff using advanced 3D Modelling and EDM Cutting to ensure parts are made to high tolerances with exceptional speed. With facilities to handle roll or strip material we have proved time and again that any part can be manufactured in a cost effective manner.

Presspahn has been manufacturing small pressed components for over 80 years and can normally find a solution to fit any volume or budget. From initial contact to final manufacture we aim to keep you up to date on the progress of your order and if required provide pre-production samples with full dimensional inspection for approval before committing to larger runs.

Electrical insulation is chosen for its ability to resist the flow of electricity, nonconductive, it can be supplied in flexible thin films, thicker flexible laminates or rigid laminates and can be offered to suit various temperature ranges.
